Beyond marketing, I led initiatives to elevate the resident experience by introducing hospitality-driven services and operational innovations, ensuring that every interaction within a Macklowe property reinforced its luxury positioning. By aligning branding, marketing, and property management, I helped maximize revenue, enhance long-term brand equity, and strengthen Macklowe Properties’ reputation as one of New York’s premier luxury developers.
I also spearheaded corporate brand strategy, public relations, and investor communications, overseeing company-wide messaging, portfolio presentations, and investor pitches. My role extended beyond marketing execution—I worked alongside leadership to align marketing strategies with investment objectives, asset performance, and revenue optimization, ensuring that every decision contributed to both short-term success and long-term brand value.
On an ongoing basis, I lead the design and in-house production of all investor relations communications and pitchbooks, both printed and digital. Drawing inspiration from our established company branding, I meticulously edit these presentations to spotlight key portfolio projects, business achievements, and the enduring Macklowe legacy.
