As Director of Marketing and Director of Property Management at Macklowe Properties, I led the strategic development of branding, marketing, public relations, and resident experience, ensuring that each property’s identity was not only compelling but deeply integrated across the entire development lifecycle. What sets my approach apart is my ability to align all major development silos, bridging the gap between sales, marketing, and post-closing resident lifestyle—a critical but often overlooked component in traditional real estate strategy. By incorporating hospitality-driven services, experiential branding, and operational innovations, I have ensured that a building’s brand promise extends beyond the sales process, fostering long-term engagement and reinforcing value for both residents and investors.

Before joining Macklowe Properties in 2011, I co-founded and led Studio AMD, a pioneering digital illustration and animation studio specializing in architectural visualization. I worked with some of the world’s most renowned architects—including KPF, SOM, Studio Libeskind, Kieran Timberlake, Deborah Berke, ODA, and Richard Meier—to bring their designs to life through high-impact storytelling and visual branding. Under my leadership, Studio AMD achieved industry recognition, twice winning the prestigious ASAI Hugh Ferriss Award for excellence in architectural illustration.

My expertise is built on a foundation of both design and strategic brand thinking, holding dual degrees in Fine Arts and Architecture from the Rhode Island School of Design. This unique background allows me to approach real estate not just as a marketer, but as a brand strategist—combining aesthetics, storytelling, and business execution to build real estate brands that stand the test of time and create lasting demand.
